DELIVERY

 

  • Please allow at least 5 working days(Saturday & Sunday not included) for your item to reach you
  • Please contact us if you require your item urgently, we will try and bring it up in our mailing list.
  • Express delivery is possible at an added cost paid by the buyer
  • Please contact us via eBay messages, if you are interested in collecting the purchased item yourself

 

TERMS OF SALE

 

  • Please make a note that your item will be dispatched only after the receipt of full payment
  • At the moment, postage is only to the UK Mainland
  • Please ensure that the shipping address and postcode, available to us is up to date. A re-delivery charge may be applied in the event that an order is undeliverable or has been returned back to us.
  • We can only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package as soon as you receive it to ensure you have received the correct items.
  • If you are unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard letterbox it will be taken back to the Royal Mail local delivery office (not the Post office)/Courier office awaiting collection. Orders are placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for collecting the item from delivery office if they have missed the delivery.
  • Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries during any postal worker strike, natural calamities or industrial action.

 

 

RETURNS

 

  • All requested refund would be issued within 14 days of the completed sale and item should be returned to us with its original package at the expenses of the customers.
  • All faulty products: customer need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and once confirmed the product is fault, a replacement will be sent out straight away with us bearing the cost.
  • Damaged product: We check every single item before it gets wrapped up and make sure that NO damaged item will be sent to our valued customers; however, if the product is damaged during transit, customer needs to contact us and relevant claim would be filed accordingly.
  • All returned products: customers need to put their full name, address and return reason in writing with the return product.
