We use International Airmail or equivalent logistic company depending on service covered and availability. Delivery takes 10-14 working days excluding delays caused by customs inspection, address redirection, or any delays during the delivery process. Please contact us for RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) to return item. Please include the RMA Number with the return item. Item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt. Item(s) are returned in brand new and resealable condition with original packaging. Returns are accompanied by order receipt and signed return authorization form. Note: Please be advised that we will not cover any postage costs for returned products unless it suffers from manufacturer defect. We will provide free replacement for manufacturer defect.
