operate our own dedicated websites and retail outlet's – In the unlikely event
your item is out of stock we will inform you immediately (During working hours
or next working day) and offer either a full refund or the item placed on
backorder and dispatched and dispatched with free P&P
All items are brand new unless
otherwise stated in listings

believe in gimmicks, misleading discounts or price promises.
Buyer Protection: We are a UK VAT registered retailer. You are
protected by UK Sale of Goods legislation when buying from us.

ensure secured postage methods are used (Special Delivery) as we are not
responsible for payments that go missing in the postal system
Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch all items same day
or next working day, however on rear occasions this may take up to 48 hours.

Postage & Packaging:
Please note that due to the amount of
packets that go missing we only dispatch item using secured tracked methods of
postage (Excludes some patch & stationery sales) - Please note our delivery
charges
Postage prices are calculated by weight
and volumetric weight for overseas customers; we always combine postage but
please wait so an invoice can be sent otherwise the automatic system may charge
you more.
All items are dispatched with your
selected postage method – We use Royal Mail Track & Trace, & UPS 24 for
UK, BFPO & international buyers
Please note that we cannot replace or
refund items which have not arrived until the Royal Mail mandated time period
of 15 working days (UK) and 21 working days (overseas) have passed.
Import duties, taxes and charges are
not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the
buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Returns Policy:
Faulty items are rare due to the nature
of the products; however, should you receive a faulty item you may return it
for replacement or refund, after notifying us of the problem. This
does not cover items that have incurred damage through neglect or misuse.
Customers may also return items, at
their own cost, within 14 -days from purchase for a full refund of the purchase
price, providing the item is in as-new-condition and with all original
packaging. Any returns received after the 7 days will be refused.
Customers MUST notify us of any
intention to return goods so a return number can be given before doing so, or
the return may be refused. Please also ensure you have a brief note with your
user ID on it also.
