All items will be shipped First Class USPS unless other arrangements have been made prior to the shipment of your order. All orders will be shipped within 3-5business days of payment clearing. We typically try to ship all order within 48hours of payment clearance, however our official shipping policy ask for you to expect 3-5 business days.

Custom order require an additional day or two. Any custom order will not be deemed official or go into production if we feel that specifications are unclear, regardless of payment status.

If your order was placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day.

We ship merchandise to locations within the United States as well as Internationally.

When submitting names and specifications for custom designs please take the utmost care in preparing the information you send us. Like in carpentry,‘measure twice, cut once’. Please double check the spelling and specifications you are sending us. If we think there may be an error we will do our best to contact you and confirm the information, however, you are ultimately responsible for the information you submit with your order.

Items are fully inspected before shipping and damages are rare unless incurred during shipping. If damages are incurred during shipping and your package is insured we will replace or refund the item immediately. If your package was not insured then a claim will have to be filed with the courier for a final outcome.
