Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not 100% SATISFIED with your order, please contact us first to resolve any issues. If you wish to return your item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please read and understand our return policy and follow the steps below for a flawless return.

1. E-mail us first with the reason for the return. We read our e-mails daily & frequently, and respond promptly. Please wait to hear back from us so that we understand the reason for return. WE will inform you at that time if you qualify for free shipping. We honor all of our items with a 14 day return policy, so there’s no reason to open a case.   Buyer is responsible for the returned shipping cost and re-stocking fee of 15% UNLESS there is a discrepancy between the listing & the Item received.  The discrepancy must be “obvious in the listing” and/or “provable by a photo”. All of our items are photographed and/or marked prior to shipping.

FOR ALL RETURNS... PLEASE USE EBAY'S "RETURN ITEM" SELECTION OPPOSED TO OPENING A CASE THROUGH THE RESOLUTION CENTER.  The Resolution Center is where you open a case when you can't get in touch with your seller or when a seller refuses to accommodate your return.  AND PLEASE CHOOSE THE CORRECT REASON FOR A RETURN.  Do not choose "Item not as Described" if you returning for a different reason. Choosing the wrong reason for a return will result in a delayed refund due to having to override eBay's computerized automated return feature.  If you feel that your reason for return option is not available to you, please call eBay Customer are Support for help.

·      When returning an item with a discrepancy, a FULL refund + original shipping charge will be issued upon receipt of the item ONLY when items are returned in the condition that they were received. If items are NEW, they must be returned with original packaging and/or original tags attached.  (NO return shipping or re-stocking fee will be charged to the buyer).      

·       When an item is returned due to a “non-discrepancy” reason, a refund in the original amount of the sale, LESS shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee, will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Items MUST be returned in original condition, original packaging and/or tags attached.  If the item is sold with "Free Shipping" incentive, the refund amount will be less original shipping cost.

2. Send the item in the original packaging if possible, or comparable packaging, (e.g., item shipped in a box = return item in a box; Item protected with bubble wrap = return item protected with bubble wrap). Please take proper care in packaging returns to be sure that the item is returned in the same condition as received. Items damaged due to poor packing or items altered in any way will not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. If an item is lost during return shipping, we cannot process your return until the item is received. Remember to request a tracking number. This protects the buyer and the seller in the event of a lost package. E-mailing the tracking number to us enables us to help find missing packages.

OTHER FACTS:

A majority of our items come from our consignment shop. All items are checked carefully upon receipt, but there could always be a defect in an item that was overlooked. Please bring this to our attention instead of surprising us with negative feedback. We will always go out of our way to be sure that our buyers are completely satisfied. We thrive on return business!! 

Most all of our listings include accurate measurements. If you are unfamiliar with the designer label, please take the time to measure for proper fit. Most clothing and shoe sizes differ with each designer.  If you’re unsure about an item’s description, please e-mail us for further details. We are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.

ALL of our clothing and Shoes are hand-cleaned, hand-washed or dry-cleaned prior to listing. The items are then stored in our SMOKE-FREE, PET-FREE, SANITIZED storeroom until they are sold.  Items are checked over once again before they are packaged and shipped. Some buyers will try to avoid paying for the return shipping cost and restocking fee, so in turn they claim that the item has an odor.  Because odor cannot be proven, they will open a case "in hope" to avoid return shipping charges and restocking fees. This is very time consuming for the seller and extremely unfair for other buyers who abide by e-Bay's policies. The following policy protects us from the "odor" scam: "Because we KNOW that our items are free from all dissatisfying odor, we will NOT pay the return shipping charge for any item return regarding odor”. Buyers WILL pay for the return shipping charge, as well the 15% re-stocking fee for items returned due to "odor" of any kind.
