"Working with ambient, progressive house, and acid, Fresno's Zenith: Nadir launches a trance debut that is sure to transport listeners into a whole other zone. From groovy global jams ("My Shee Koya Knee") to intense rave movers ("My Odyssey" and "I Love the Feeling"), Zenith: Nadir uses driving rhythms and spaced-out sounds in rolling, evolving patterns that hypnotize the listener. "Lover's Bones" is a swirling trip that relies on a strange, somewhat gimmicky sample about voodoo, and is perhaps the weakest track on the record. But the title track -- the best and most transcendent in the collection -- redeems any loss with sensuous down-tempo grooves and a girl whispering, "I have such wonderful things to show you," for an experience which can only be described as religious."
Item Condition:
This item is in very good condition. The jewel case has some light scuffs on it. There is a hole punched in the case on the back of the case that also goes through the back cover art. The booklet is in mint condition. The CD itself is in excellent condition.
