Return Policy:
We are all about outstanding customer service. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept your return no questions asked.
Please contact us prior to returning an item. We cannot accept responsibility for unauthorized returns. Please e-mail us or Call 1-877-928-2477 for immediate assistance.
Item's presented for return must be in resalable, unworn & original condition with all papers, boxes and with stickers attached within 15 business days of receipt. All watches have a hang tag that states "NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED" This tag must be completely intact and cannot show any sign of tampering. We do not sell used items and will not accept used items for return. All watch bands are measured and all watches are inspected to be in complete working order. If all of the above conditions are satisfied - we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount less shipping and Restocking fee of 10%. For exchanges the restocking fee is waved. Please allow 3 business days to process a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping an item to our facility.
Important! When getting your return ready to ship please include a copy of the Credit memo that was e-mailed to you. Failure to include this will delay your refund.
We strongly advise our customers to use a traceable method of shipment for returns.

USA Shipping - All orders paid for by 3:00 EST are shipped the same day.

We will ship to APO and PO Boxes as long as they are the confirmed billing or PayPal address on file. We ask that you choose the 2nd day option to cover the higher USPS Insurance cost.

We ship via Federal Express, Priority Mail and Express Mail. In some cases we will change the shipping carrier if we feel the package will arrive sooner. Most International Packages will be shipped via Federal Express.
