5-year product warranty
We only use premium components in the Pro 2. The complete circuitboard has a nano-coating. The processor was specially designed for operating conditions in a car. The housing is heat-resistant, and the connection is made with a professional FCI plug. The Pro 2 is a high quality product, which is why we offer a 5-year product warranty.

Returns are welcome and accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact us through the ebay messaging system regards to your return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents.
The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send all returns recorded delivery with the return authorization letter provided with Ebay Returns.
Return Postage is only refundable on faulty/wrongly sent items when this is specifically agreed and confirmed in advance by email.
Under no circumstances will Haz Motorsport be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician.

A minimum handling fee of 20% may be charged for returns of special order items.
