We post items everyday, we aim to send out goods within 24 hours of purchase, (see our feedback!) but we cannot guarantee this during busy times
so please allow us 2 to 3 days despatch after purchase.
If you have not received your item within one week of purchase, please contact us, this will give us the opportunity to trace the parcel.All goods are posted via First or Second Class Post,
if you require a more secure form of shipping, you can opt for Signed for or Interlink delivery at the checkout.
We are not responsible for goods lost in the post.
Carrier 24hr shipping methods are required for heavier items, this requires a signature upon receipt, so please ensure someone will be in to sign for the goods. Orders received after 12pm that require Carrier will be shipped the following day.
Larger items or liquids, including paints and areosols and some safety equipment (lifejackets) by law have to be despatched by carrier. Surcharges apply to UK Islands & Highlands, Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at Versatile Marine, Unit 1 Annear Road, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 9EW. All return postage & deivery charges are payable by you. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in original packaging. Please wrap securely when sending it back.
