About the decal (sticker)
- Quality : The decal is made and cut from high end Ritrama vinyl.
- Suitable for : Indoor and outdoor use.
- Suitable on : Clean, smooth & non-porous surfaces (painted wall*, glass, plastic, aluminium..)
- Manufacturing : Each decal is made to order, so when you receive it, it’s brand new!
- Application : All our decals are provided with easy to follow step-by-step instructions.
*Please allow 21 days before applying to newly painted surfaces.

Ordering your decal (sticker)
- Select the size.
- Click 'Buy it now'.
- Finalise your payment through PayPal.
- Add a note or directly message us with the colour and finish you would like (see below).
If no colour and/or finish is requested the decal will be sent out in the standard colour and/or finish for the design which is black and/or matt.

- We only accept payment through PayPal.
- Payments via credit/debit cards can be made through Paypal.
- This order will be processed within 1 working day of a cleared payment.
Shipping
- Items are shipped Free of charge for UK mainland customers via a tracked service.
- Items shipped overseas are via Royal Mail International Signed and cost an additional £9.99.
*Please note for overseas and expedited shipping - decals which have both dimensions greater than 85 cm will be sent as two parts with full instructions on how to join**
Returns
- If for any reason you wish to return your decal, you can do so within 30 days of receipt and must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
- Refunds are given only when we receive the item.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
- We do not accept returns for personalised decals.
- We do not allow returns for decals if you have made a mistake as we are not at fault, full instructions are provided.
- We do not accept any responsibility in any damages done to any surfaces with our decals as a test sticker is provided to make sure it is suitable to apply to the surface.
