Free Delivery policy

Acura Systems aim’s to provide free delivery on all order’s made on our online store within the United Kingdom. All Order’s will be dispatched via UPS Next day Delivery and smaller orders being dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour.

Order’s made before 4pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Order’s after this time will be dispatched the following day. In the case of an emergency order outside of these times, please call us to see if any arrangements can be made for same day dispatch.

98% of Order’s will normally be delivered on time with the remainder often missed due to no one being in at the delivery address or a national logistics incident.

Acura Systems will aim to provide tracking ID where possible and this will be updated on your order management screen and will provide the latest information on where the shipment currently is and its anticipated delivery date and rough time slot (Where Available).

International Delivery

Acura Systems supply to the UK and the rest of Europe and orders made outside of the United Kingdom will be liable for a small delivery charge which will be calculated based on the most efficient, most quickest and most reliable services available to us. With 99% of orders being delivered within 2-5 Days (Depending on Country & Clearance).

Orders will normally be shipped via UPS for all international order’s unless stated otherwise, allowing for a fully tracked service from collection to delivery to you as the customer.

Acura Systems guarantee’s most of their products up 2 Years (unless stated otherwise) and we also provide a 14 day money back guarantee. So If you change your mind or want to cancel the purchase for any other reason we will accept the goods and provide you with a full refund as long as the products are in re-sellable condition which includes the product packaging.

If good’s are in poor condition or not fit for resale then we will still accept the products but you may be liable for a small restock fee.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
