Shipping Details
Most items will ship out next business day, sometimes it may take 2 business days depending on our volume of orders. Canada Post is our preferred carrier in Canada. If you prefer us to use a different carrier please contact us and we will try and accommodate. Please note additional charges may apply.
There will be no shipments within Canada on Canadian holidays.
We use UPS or USPS for shipment within the USA.
For international and USA bound shipments, we use Canada Post. For most orders over $50 we only use tracked parcel services. We are not responsible for taxes/duties applied by your local government.
Payment Information
You may pay with Paypal as it is an integrated solution with Ebay. Should you wish to make alternate arrangements such as Visa, MC, Interact Money Transfer, etc please contact us. We have a merchant account and can charge our credit card directly. We will provide a receipt.
Warranty & Returns
All our items come with a 30 day warranty from us, AG Cables, unless otherwise specified. Some manufacturers carry a 1 year warranty on their products. Should you need to utilize warranty outside our 30 day policy, please check with the manufacturer.
Should you need to return a product, please contact us. If the item is not defective you are responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective we will send you a return shipping label.
