About Mosasaurs: 145 - 66 million years ago, the seas of the Cretaceous period were taken over by the new Mosasaurs as their new rulers. With Ichthyosaurs extinct and Plesiosaurs on their way out, Mosasaurs were unrivalled in the warm seas. From the 1m (3.3ft) long Dallasaurus turneri to the gigantic 18m (59ft) Mosasaurus hoffmannii, their range and genera was vast. With the fossil record showing they gave birth to life young, ate fish and ammonites and had a scaly soft tissue, they're one of the best understood prehistoric reptiles. Mosasaurs weren't dinosaurs, but marine reptiles of their own kind. Perfect for collectors of all ages, the teeth are always complete and good quality, although some MAY have ONE neat repair and very minor wear to the tip. The large teeth will likely be thinner or a slightly lower grade than the XL below. In the display case is an EXCLUSIVE illustrated information sticker made by us, it has its backing still attached so you can choose to stick it to the inside of the case yourself or keep it as a removable info card. The tooth will be dispatched with bubblewrap inside the case to keep it extra safe, once arrived you can add a little blu-tack and hold the tooth to the card if you wish. DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dispatch Time: We will strive to post within 1 WORKING day. If you purchase on a saturday, obviously most post offices are closed on sundays, so we tend to function our postage Monday-Friday. Although if possible and i'm not otherwise engaged, I normally post on saturdays also. Just please bear this in mind as ebay's terrible delivery estimates never seem to match Royal Mail's opening days or their own estimated times which we have listed below. POSTAGE/SHIPPING COSTS
