Terms: Please read the entire listing before bidding. We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases. All sales are FINAL, we will replace per our warranty (see below) buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Payment: PAYPAL ONLY: We do not accept any other payment method.
Payment Instructions: Please follow the checkout process after placing your bid. However if there is any questions regarding shipments we will send you an invoice after the order is placed if you do not finish the checkout.
Shipping: Shipping charges are listed in this auction. Shipping to Canada, AP Addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico incur additional shipping charges. Most orders ship within a couple of days, however due to various circumstances delays are possible! We combine shipping for multiple auctions bidders.
Warranty: All items are sold with 14 days warranty unless otherwise stated in the auction.
Returns: Please do not return any items without an authorization number or other instructions by us. Any packages that are send without our knowledge will be refused and no replacements will be issued. Wrong item ordered or non defective part returns require a 20% restocking fee. ALL PRODUCTS ARE MARKED WITH SERIAL NUMBER AND QC BADGE. ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR SERIAL NUMBER AND QC BADGE WILL BE REJECTED AS NOT OUR PARTS.
International: International shipping is not available unless listed as an option under Shipping Methods within the auction. All other items please email us if you are unsure before placing the order. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Support: We answer emails Mon-Fri. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond. All emails are answered! If you do not receive a response, please resend your email. Sometimes Spam filters prevent emails from being properly delivered. If you do not receive a response after a second request, please provide an alternative email address for us to respond to.
