Circa 1900 Weeden No. 644 Antique Toy Steam Engine Roller.  Very elaborate and unusual looking!! The front roller mounting bracket is loose.  The unusual feature is that is has a steering mechanism.  Untested however the piston is free and the lever on top moves.  The sight glass is good.  The rear wheels are cast iron and there is a cool looking ladder chain attached.  It has a cast smokestack with some plating.  The tin cab cover is removable.  No burner.  Measures 9" long by 4 1/2" wide by 6" high.  Check out the photos.
