However, we recommend all the parts purchased from us to let professional install and fit for you as we believe both the merchandises and your car are valuable and should be installed by someone who knows how; in order to reduce any problem before/during/after installation. We are not responsible on teaching you how to install. All Sales are Final, no Return nor Refund unless it's we who made a mistake on sending you the wrong item. Otherwise, you will receive the same exact item as shown and described in the auction. If something damaged during the shipping, you must report to us within 3 business days upon delivery for us to provide assistance. Please note all packages that are sent by UPS from us will NOT allow you to alter the delivery address. All transactions over $250 via paypal payment will require signature for delivery (PayPal policy), buyer needs to make themselves available for signing to accept the package(s).
