We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (including if you have simply changed your mind), simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition within 30 days from the date of order.
Please email us to let us know you are returning shoes for a refund (refunds exclude the original postage charge), it will also be helpful if you state the reason for the return. Please ensure you put a copy of your payment or relevant paperwork with the shoes you are returning so we know who they are from!
You are responsible for return postage costs. Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage from the Post Office as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
We’re sorry but we can’t offer an exchange as part of our returns process.
If you are returning something and need the same product in a different size or colour, or simply a replacement product, you need to place a new order for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return according to our returns policy as soon as we receive it.
If the shoes you buy turns out to be faulty, we will give you a refund or exchange the item if possible. Any postage or delivery charges you may have incurred will be refunded. If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse or malicious damage, we will discuss the situation with you. We will not be able to offer a refund in such cases.
