Parcels are shipped using my country’s postal service or other courrier (DPD, UPS).

I dispatch in two working days (not including weekends) after receiving cleared payment.

I send email confirming dispatching of an item and I deliver the tracking number (if the service is trackable). 

Returns are accepted within 30 days since receiving an item for the full refund of the purchase price (postage and packing charges are not included).

Returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return posting costs.

Warranty – 12 months.
