Ebay's preferred method of payment is Paypal, we will also accept card payment over the phone. (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm). For your security we can only dispatch your order to the address you provide via Paypal.
Delivery Areas
The stated delivery charge is for the deliveries to UK Mainland only. For large furniture sets there are two levels of delivery charges, with higher delivery charges to some postcodes in North of Scotland including IV, KW, AB, DD, PH, PA. We are unable to make deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands due to high costs.
Onward shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timescale
Most of the items are delivered 1-3 workings days, some have up to 2-3 weeks delivery time. Exact delivery times are stated on the listing.
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched and the tracking number if applicable.
On the Day of the Delivery
Small to Medium Sized Items
Small to medium sized furniture pieces are delivered using Parcel Force or Tuffnells couriers. Customers receive email dispatch notification on the day of dispatch and can follow a link track the item.
On a day of delivery Parcel Force sends a text message prior to delivery to customer’s mobile number if one had been provided. Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next day.
Tuffnells can be seen once item is tracked on their website. Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next day.
Furniture Sets
Furniture sets are delivered on pallets, it is an all day delivery service (9am-6pm) and the day of delivery is always confirmed prior to delivery. It is possible to find out approximate time of delivery by calling your local depot on the morning of delivery day. Your local depot tel number can be obtained at Palletforce website /find-a-depot
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 redelivery charge to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. This is not always the case as it depends on the courier company used for a specific delivery.
Goods are delivered to the building door only and there will be no taking goods upstairs. Please ensure there is someone to offload and move boxes if they need to be moved.
The goods will be left beside your premises at the safest convenient location. Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs, and all transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the contractors risk and discretion. PLEASE NOTE “carry items upstairs” also covers flats which are not located on the ground floor.
Drivers are unaccompanied; they will not move or take away any existing goods or property and will not carry out assembly or installation of the goods.

24 or 48 hr service used for small products such as TV units, shelving units, small sideboards.
Aztek Or Tuffnells
48hrs service for larger items such as beds, large sideboards and tables.
Palletforce –
This is a palletised courier service used to dispatch furniture sets such as kitchen sets, living room sets and bedroom sets. We need to have your contact number to pass onto the courier, please email it to us after the purchase. We also need to confirm the exact delivery date before delivery. Goods are delivered on pallets and to the building doors only, please ensure there is someone to offload and move boxes if they need to be moved.
We reserve the right to charge for failed delivery. If delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the contact made by your delivery company, your order will be returned to us and we will then wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money minus the return postage cost.
Acceptance of the products
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Products 14 days after delivery to the Buyer. After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Products which are not in accordance with the contract.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase
If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 14 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.
We can not accept returns for items which have been assembled or partially assembled, products must be in original condition and repackaged for collection.
