An absolutely stunning GINA BACCONI Blue Green Shimmery Skirt & Jacket with matching sash belt, size UK14/16 (but please do see all the measurements and sizing advice that I have given below – labelled a UK16 - the waist on the skirt is quite snug for a standard UK16 at 33") in great condition, worn once only by the Mother of the Groom. The only slight flaw I can find is a little pulling on one of the seams on the lining – obviously this is not visible when the outfit is being worn. The outfit has not been dry cleaned and whilst I can see no marks at all I have allowed for a dry cleaning bill on top of the price so that you may have it professionally cleaned and pressed before a special occasion if you wish. This fabulous Outfit is made in quite a good weight silky crinkle viscose blend material. The outer material is a gorgeous bluey green shimmer. The colours in the photos are a good match on my laptop but I haven’t been able to capture the true beauty of the shimmery effect as well as I would like....
The Skirt is fully lined in a silky satiny matching material with a beautifully concealed side zip. It drapes in 12 panels to a lovely fluted hem line.
The Sash Style belt is quite wide and long with diagonal finished ends.
The Jacket has beautiful delicate beading detail on the Jacket lapels and edging the turn back cuffs on the ¾ length sleeves. It fastens with one internal button and a large press stud. There are slim thread style belt loops at each side seam to thread the sash belt through. The Jacket has, an optional, modesty panel which snaps firmly into place with 5 large press studs. There are curved fitting seam front and back.
This is a superb outfit that would be suitable for any special occasion including Weddings, Christenings and Races etc. I think it would be a fabulous outfit for a Mature Bride, Mother of Bride / Groom or Wedding Guest...

The Label states sizes UK16; EUR 42; D42; F44; I48; – As with most Designers, Gina Bacconi is not overly generous with its sizing. However, this outfit is pretty good for a standard UK16 – with the exception of the skirt waist which is quite snug for a standard UK16 - so please do check all the measurements that I have given below not forgetting to allow a little extra on top of your actual measurements to enable room to breathe, eat, move and sit…
