The hair is woven into a light netting cap. Our wigs fit an average size head and is adjustable with hooks inside the wig. No tape or hairpin should be necessary for proper fitting.

  • DISCREET PACKAGING: We ship in discreet packaging. The outside of the package will not mention anything about the content.
    • If shipped internationally, the customs form will state the content as "hair accessories"
  • SHIPMENT DATES: We ship on U.S. business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and on US holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    • Expedited Delivery: (This service is only offered for U.S. Domestic orders.) We will process your order as soon as we receive a cleared payment. If the payment clears before 12:00 p.m. EST (noon), we will ship your product on the same day.

  • SHIPPING REFUNDS: We do not refund shipping charges unless we ship you an incorrect item. If we have shipped you an item in error, please notify us immediately. Once we have received your item back, the correct item will be shipped to you.

Return Policy

  1. Due to health and hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there will be no return/exchanges unless we sent you the wrong item. Please understand this is because we cannot resell items that are returned/exchanged because nobody wants an item on their head that may have been tampered with by other people.
  2. We work hard to provide you with an accurate description and pictorial representation of the style and color of each wig. But please note that the wigs in the photos were styled by professionals with only water, hairspray, and comb/brush. Actual wigs do not come pre-styled, so you can style them to your own taste. Because all monitors display color differently, the color of the actual wigs you receive may appear different from the photo of the wig on your monitor. Please take careful note of the color number before bidding. If you have any questions at all, please contact us before placing a bid and someone will answer your questions in a timely manner.
  3. We do not accept any returns unless we sent you the wrong item. We aim to provide our customers with the confidence that they will always receive factory fresh condition wigs from us. Therefore, all of our wigs will arrive in the factory box/bag sealed with tamper-proof tape. Before you open your wig's box/bag, please make sure to examine the outer label to make sure your order is correct. Once the tamper-proof tape has been removed, we can no longer accept the merchandise for return/exchange.
  4. We will only accept an item for return if both of the following conditions are met:
    1. We sent you the wrong item, AND
    2. The tamper-proof tape on the box/bag is intact.
