This full Wall Mural set comes on 2* Backing Sheets (containing many individual parts which you will need to assemble as the way shown in the illustration picture) - simply peel and stick .

Material: Our printing material mainly comes in two different formats:
One is opaque with a glossy finish, and the other is matte with transparent edges, depending on the designs. We only use removable environmentally friendly self-adhesive PVC Vinyl material for our products.

Due to
different monitor's brightness/contrast settings etc, the colour in the
picture could be slightly different to the actual item.
Instructions:
1. If your order is sent by postal tube, please immediately flatten the stickers for a few hours by putting some heavy books on before use. This is to help the adhesive of the product to have an optimum result.
2. Make sure your wall is clean of dirt and dust (use a dry cloth to clean the wall first before applying).
3. Make sure to check your wall paints is matte based , not glossy surface or vinyl silk paints.
4. In some of the designs where you see different parts override, there might be a translucent effect. If you want to avoid that effect, you can either try to re-arrange the layout or cut the part laying underneath.
5. Put the stickers in an area further away from the heater.

Please Note: Orders will be despatched 2 days after the payment is made by Royal Mail Service. Royal Mail service is not always reliable when it comes to delivery time. The delivery time you are notified is just an estimate and could be delayed for a couple of days in some cases. If that happens to you, we would much appreciate your patience and kind understanding on the matter which is out of our control.
Delivery time:
UK : royal mail economy second class service 2-5 working days .
Normally it only takes around 2-5 working days, but sometimes it could take them a bit longer to get the mail delivered (2 weeks is the timeframe for claiming the mail being lost by Royal Mail group) . If your order is an urgent order to meet certain deadline, please choose recorded delivery service. Otherwise, if unexpectedly your order hasn’t turned up in time, you will have to wait for 2 weeks time to elapse before you report it to us for any further assistance.
By then we can start an item being lost procedure with royal mail which will need your electronic signature for claim file. And we will send you a replacement by recorded delivery to make sure you will get it.
Europe/International : 8- 20 working days .
Please note: this doesn’t include the time the parcel is held by the local customs. If your order is unfortunately chosen by the destination customs for inspection, it could take another 10- 30 days for the goods to be released.
If your order is sent by recorded delivery, we will not held responsibility for late delivery or lost unless 60 days have passed. (Different countries have different customs rules and processing time , we can not control their speed of releasing the items).

Returns:
Returns can be requested within
30 days of the purchase. Please send us a message for return request.
