Domestic Orders
We gladly accept the following forms of payments for all U.S. orders:
- PayPal (Please Note: The maximum amount allowed for a single PayPal account holder transaction is $10,000. If you do not have a PayPal account, a maximum of $4,000 USD is allowed for a one-time, single transaction. The shipping address must be a PayPal confirmed address.)
Items shipped within New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts ONLY are charged with sales tax. New York - 8.625%, Rhode Island - 7%, Connecticut - 6.35%, Massachusetts - 6.25%. Sales tax is not applicable on orders shipped to any other state in the US.
International Orders
We gladly accept these forms of payments for International orders:

All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered final sales and cannot be returned. Please note that we must declare the amount that you paid for your watch on the invoice included with the shipment. We are unable to declare the item as a gift, when shipping.

All orders to domestic locations are shipped free via UPS Ground. All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs are shipped free via USPS.
If you need your package right away, we are happy to upgrade your service at the costs outlined in the table below.
International Shipping
Shipments to Canada can be shipped by Expedited Service for a charge of $14.95.
We are also pleased to offer international shipping to most other countries for a flat fee of $59.95. All international shipments are fully insured and shipped International Priority via FedEx or UPS. If for any reason we are unable to ship your package without full insurance, we will contact you prior to the shipment?s release.

They have vast experience working on today's most prestigious brands as well as the most complicated watches.
What's Covered: Our warranty covers the most important part of a watch: the movement. No matter how complicated, we are well-equipped and ready to repair it with the utmost care. In addition, we will replace your battery for two years from the date of purchase. Of course, all of our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time.
What's not: The watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear and/or physical abuse and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.
Jewelry: All of our jewelry is covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been sized, engraved or modified in any way cannot be repaired or serviced.
Please note: These warranties are valid only at Ashford. Repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Ashford will void these warranties. Ashford disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch or jewelry item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Returns
30 Day Return Policy
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No worries. Simply send your item back to Ashford in its new, unused condition, and Ashford would be happy to provide either a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit toward an exchange (exceptions apply, see below).
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or jewelry item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Ashford will not accept the returned item.
