Your purchase price will be refunded. Please send an email before returning an item. Returned rings must have original plastic tag still attached and unaltered. Rings we re-size on special order can only be returned if between sizes 5 and 9, men's and unisex sizes 8 to 12. Re-sizing charges are non-refundable. If a returned ring was re-sized at no charge by us, a re-sizing charge of $15 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Customer is responsible for return postage. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance when you return an item because we cannot issue a refund until the item has safely arrived here. A postmarked that is shipped to us after the 14 day inspection period (if accepted) will be assessed a 20% late charge.
