Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if ordered before 2pm however is can take up to 2 working days during busy periods, subject to the items ordered being in stock. If an item is not in stock you will be informed by email within 24 hours of placing your order. It is therefore vital that when registering your details you provide a correct email address that you have regular access to and a valid contact number.
E-mail and telephone is our primary means of communication. Please ensure these details are left at the time of ordering.
Fight co use various couriers for despatched goods like Royal Mail, My Hermes, Fedex and more. A signature will be requires for all items. If nobody is present at the time of delivery then the courier will leave a calling card so the item can be re-delivered or collected at the postal office.
The delivery charged will vary based on the amount and weight of items ordered. Fight co offer a Free delivery, this is only a economy delivery service, express services are also available at additional costs. See the guide below for postage costs to UK mainland only.
UK Postage
Fight co offer FREE economy delivery with orders over £35 however this is only for orders within the UK and does not include filled Punch bags.
We use Royal Mail for our economy delivery service providing the delivery address is within the UK
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail 24 hour, this service is not a guaranteed overnight service.
We also offer Fedex overnight service however this service is only for UK Mainland
Punch bags can only be delivered to mainland UK due the the weight of these items.
International Postage
All international sales below 2kg and no larger than 90cm combined size will be sent with Royal Mail International Signed-for.
Items over 2kg and 90cm will be sent through an alternative courier.
All delivery charges from Fight co are based on the weight of the goods.
