Or he/she can hop on the back end and take the back hoe digger--with its stabilizer foot--for a spin. And the mini-Cat is no slouch when it comes to getting around, with a fully enclosed chain drive system and over sized resin tires with long-lasting rubberized tread strips. Built with high-impact resin and featuring an adjustable seat, the Cat front loader/backhoe measures 65 by 30 by 21 inches (W x H x D) and is backed by a three-year residential warranty (one-year institutional).

Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. You have 3 calendar days to report any problem.  Item must be returned and received within 14 calendar days. 

Buyers pay for return shipping cost.

A 20% restocking fee will apply on all new items returned (except those items are found to be defective).

Do NOT return the item before contacting us. ALL returns MUST include a Return Authorization Number provided by us. After you have reported a problem, please wait for your Authorization Number. As specified before we use multiple suppliers and everyone has a different Return Process for that reason you must contact us first to receive the proper documentation and instructions.

All items must be returned within 3 days after receiving return instructions.  After we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

Our Inventory System is working 24/7; however, there is a chance that the item you want is not in stock at the time of your purchase.  This is because we sell through multiple websites.  If you want to make sure your item is in stock, send us an email and one of our representatives will make sure it is in stock.

If an item ships via freight and is damaged or defective, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or replacement. In addition, we must to be notified within 1 business day.

By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect.

If your shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment, note the BOL “refused due to damage” and contact us immediately.

If you do not have time for an inspection or the driver rushes you, YOU MUST WRITE "subject to inspection" next to your signature on the Delivery Receipt and BOL.

If you inspect the shipment and there is not any noticeable damage, but you find concealed damage or defects after the carrier leaves:

DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing materials, including the pallet the item may have been delivered with.

DO NOT discard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage.

DO NOT ship the item back to us without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of a damaged item claim per the shipping carrier’s claims guidelines.

Immediately contact us to report the situation. Include helpful details, such as package condition, how it was received (left at front door/signed for), and description of the damage. If possible, please take several pictures showing the affected area(s).
