Occasionally, additional fees may be charged to commercially zoned addresses.  These charges may be as a result of a rural delivery charge, a lift-gate fee, hand unloading fee or other scenarios that are outside the scope of normal deliveries.  To avoid most of these charges, we suggest that you designate a shipping address that has a shipping dock and a forklift for standard unloading.
