Circuittrade try to provide an accurate description of goods with any significant details or faults noted wherever possible. However small scratches, hair line cracks, marks and dents will not always be noted, but are to be expected on some second-user refurbished items. 

Grade 1 Tested working, Minor signs of usage

Grade 2 Tested working, May have minor dents, or scratches

Grade 3 Tested working, May have dents, or scratches or minor damage to casing.

Grade 4 Tested, sold as described - no returns

Any item deemed a consumable by the manufacturer is not guaranteed. The life expectancy of the products is unknown, and is down to the usage of each product. This is normally ink cartridges and batteries, other products may have consumables and these also are not guaranteed. Please assume the consumables are not working unless stated otherwise. 

Delivery costs are based on deliveries to mainland England and Wales - (Zone A) by a next day courier service. 

There will be an additional charge for zones C,D and E.
Please check before buying to avoid disappointment. 

Circuittrade offer free delivery on certain items. In this case delivery times may take longer.

For large and heavy items a pallet service is offered, a postcode will be required for quote.

All deliveries usually require a signature.

The buyer shall inform Circuittrade by e-mail before returning any item. The buyer will need to complete a returns form before Circuittrade will accept any responsibility or costs incurred. The buyer shall pay for all the costs to return the items unless in the D.O.A period. This is a return to base warranty, New Software and Consumable Products are not included. Full returns policy and terms and conditions are available on request.

D.O.A – Dead on Arrival. In the unlikely event of an item purchased from us being delivered in an unusable condition, Circuittrade will provide a full refund or replace the item at our discretion. All DOA failures must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Failures reported after 2 days will be treated under our standard RTB warranty. Circuittrade will arrange collection of the item.

All items are sold with a 30 days return to base warranty. All items that are sold working have a 48 hour D.O.A warranty unless stated in listing description. If a longer warranty is valid it will appear in item description. If an item is sold on auction or ‘as is’, for repair or spares, there is no warranty applicable. Batteries are not included in the warranty as they are a consumable item.
