• We only accept Paypal Payment.
• We charge sales tax for all orders shipped within California.
• Please verify your shipping address before making payment.
• eBay Notes to seller are NOT imported into our system and are NOT read. If you need any special assistance with your order, please send us an eBay message instead.
• After payment is made, cancellations or shipping address changes are not possible.

• We ship only to a valid physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military/APO/ FPO addresses.
• Most orders are processed within 1 business day Monday to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
• We ship internationally. Please click on "Shipping and Payments" for the list of countries we currently support. All Customs Charges/Tax Duties are paid by the customer.
• When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking numbers are also uploaded on eBay.

• Contact us for a Return Authorization number via eBay message or open a return request through eBay.
• Send your item back by writing the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your packing slip inside.
• Most returns are processed within 2 weeks (10 business days) from the day we get it back. We will send you an email when a refund is issued through Paypal.

• It has been more than 30 days since you received it.
• You used or altered it in any way. All returned items are carefully inspected for wear and tear signs.
• You opened a sealed package.
• It became damaged after you tried it on.

**Basically, if it is no longer in the EXACT same condition that it arrived to you, it will not be eligible for a refund.**

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if you:

• Received free shipping.
• Return your item(s) without an RA number.
• Return 6 or more of the same item (even if it’s different sizes).
• Package is undeliverable due to Insufficient Address/Refused Packages

Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges must be paid for by the customer. All original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

What if it’s a defect?
If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

What if I want to do an exchange?
To conduct an exchange, please place a new order, then follow the returns process above.

How long does it take?
Returns are normally processed within 2 weeks of receiving your package. Please note that during our busy months of September and October, your return may take up to 4 weeks to process.
