We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer support. In the rare case there is a problem with a transaction please contact us directly rather than opening an eBay NOT AS DESCRIBED case. We will resolve the problem directly with you.
If it damaged by the courier, or it doesn't function as advertised we are more than happy to replace it and rectified the mistake.

All sale are final, no haggle after item was purchased and no partial refund. If the product you received fail your high expectation, we are happy to refund in full once item was return in original state (not wrong fitment, not temper or any visible damage by mis-handling.)

Warranty
Unless otherwise state USED item come with 3 month return to base warranty, if item dead on arrival return cost will be on us (the seller). Please retain the original receipt with serial number for warranty claim.
Payment & Tax
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. EU VAT Registered companies and customers outside EU pay 20% less the advertised price. If you have a valid EU VAT number, we can zero rate VAT.
VAT invoices can be provided on request by PDF, will email to paypal payment email address (please check spam mail)
