Please be aware these are a LIMITED item, there was only a small quantity of wood from the Minster Fire
An extremely rare chance to purchase a piece of Oak from the World famous York Minster Cathedral, dated to the 13th Century (1250) the wood is taken from the South Transept, which caught fire in 1984.
The wood is taken from the Beams which supported the original roof. From there the wood is hand turned by a local craftsman into Pens.
This purchase for the Rollerball Pen carries a signed certificate of authenticity from the Dean and Chapter House of York Minster.
A 32 page booklet about the history of York and York Minster Cathedral. A FREE carry pouch for keeping the pen safe if carried. Rollerball Refills The Pen is a Rollerball pen type, 24 Carat Gold Plated, Chrome or a beautiful Gun Metal finish, Each pen uses ink which can easily be replaced.
The pens are presented in a beautiful A5 White box with indented logo.(See Picture)
The pens can be used for everyday use but we recommend storing as a future heirloom.
Please state upon purchase whether you would like Gold, Silver or Gun Metal
If no request made then the 24 Carat Gold plated is sent
The pens vary in style due to the natural nature of the wood grain but are all essentially the same.
