What is Ex-Chainstore?
Ex-Chainstore is the term used to describe garments that are no longer stocked by the high-street store they were originally made for and sold by.
Are your goods second hand or damaged?
No, all of the clothing we sell are brand new and are in perfect selling condition.
Why do you remove the tags from the garments?
The tags and labels are removed from items before dispatch, to prevent store returns and to comply with UK resale and copyright laws.
Rest assured the garments are as new as those bought in stores, but we must remove to branding to not upset the large high-street retailers.
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your delivery, whatever the reason is, as long as the garment is in the same condition and in the original packaging it was sent to you in, you are free to return this to us within 14 days after receiving the item.
