HELPFUL HINTS:
-Although inflammation will be reduced quickly, complete healing will vary based on the severity of your ailment. Tendonitis may clear up in a few days but arthritis, which may have taken years to develop, may require a longer period of treatment. The key to full recovery is regular, consistent use. By improving the underlying condition you will feel better each time you use it.
- For herniated discs, joints or tendon problems apply at the site of pain and surrounding tissues to relax supporting muscles(especially for knee problems). For discs it's also helpful to do yoga stretches or use an inversion chair to decompress the spine. It's also helpful to consume a tbls. of powdered gelatin daily to help the disc rebuild.
- For sciatcia or shoulder pain apply at the site of pain and along the nerve path back to the spine.
- For muscle or tendon tears limit excessive movement to prevent re-injury and allow time to heal.
- With strong anti-fungal properties our oil works great on athlete's foot. It will also dissolve warts, moles and skin tags and soften calloused feet.
