Anglesey Organics aim to bring you quality therapeutic grade essential oils at a reasonable price and get them to you well packed as soon as possible (usually next day). Most of the essential oils are therapeutic grade, a few are cosmetic grade and are labelled accordingly. If you buy an oil you have used before and do not like it, I will give you an immediate refund via Paypal as soon as I receive your message. Please do not ask for refunds if you are not familiar with the oil as you may simply not like that type of oil.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please message me and I will resolve the problem, I have had a few cases where I have received neutral feedback because some oils are naturally thick and will not pour without warming or other trivial matters, this is not helpful and can affect my business. If your order has not arrived please let me know and I will send a replacement, there is no need to contact ebay.
