We make it easy to pay, just add your items to your basket or use buy it now, and you will be asked to make an immediate payment via PayPal. PayPal accept most major cards and you do not need an account.

Getting your new products to your door is our No1 priority. That is why we ship all orders received by 1pm on the same business day. Depending on the size of your item, it will be delivered by Royal Mail, Hermes or UPS. You can also upgrade your delivery to 1st Class or Next Day.

We love having happy customers. If you receive your item but it's not what you wanted, or is no longer required, just send us a message within 30 days of delivery and we'll tell you how to return it to us for a full refund, less any express postage if you opted for a nonstandard delivery. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please message us and we will normally arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to verifying any fault.
