Frequently asked questions:

1. Can I control Zone1 or Zone2 or Zone3 or Zone4 Individually with no change the color in other Zones?
Re: Yes, you can, Just press key “Zone on” (the remote include 4 “Zone On” keys for Zone1 to Zone4) to choose which Zone you are going to control. then choose the color or brightness or Mode according to the color ring or brightness ring or Mode key on remote.

2.Sometime I want to control Zone1 to Zone4 individually, sometime i want to control Zone1 to Zone4 together so Zone1 to Zone4 display same color. is it easy? or I must change the connection and link all controllers to one Zone?
Re: it is very easy and no need to change the connection. please Long press “Master On”, you will see white on. then choose the color or brightness or Mode according to the color ring or brightness ring or Mode key on remote. you will see all led strip in Zone1 to Zone4 changing together and display same color/same changing. once you want to back to control Zone1 to Zone4 individually. just press key “Zone On” to choose the Zone. then you can control this Zone individually.

3.Can I use this item to control the RGB Led strip to display and dimming and hold White?
Re: yes , you can, please note:
For RGB LED strip light, the white is mixed from Red, Green and Blue, so the white is not pure, we call it Mixed-White

4.What is the control distance and frequency?
Re:The remote control system is designed to IEEE 802.15.4 standards, the remote distance is 30meter, and the frequency is 2.4GHz, And for the smart phone, you can control your lights everywhere all over the world.

5.I have Mi.Light 4-Zone 1x remote 1x Controller already , can I order Remote or wifi or controller from you and add these new items to my original control system?

Program List:
Program 1 (RGBW Fade In Fade out)
This program fades in and fades out the color red, green, blue and white one after another.
Program 2 (Color Flash)
In this program, red, green, blue, white purple flashes to change.
Program 3 (Disco)
Different colors strobe and flash to change.
Program 4 (Red color Ramp up and Flash)
In this program, red color brightnes from 0% – 100% and shuts down, then flashes three times.
Program 5 (Green color Ramp up and Flash)
In this program, green color brightens from 0% – 100% and shuts down, then flashes three times.
Program 6 (Blue color Ramp up and Flash)
In this program, blue color brightens from 0% – 100% and shuts down, then flashes three times.
Program 7 (Color Change Flash)
Here several colors fade into each other and then flash randomly.
Program 8 (Fade in and Fade out)
Here different colors fade into each other.
Program 9 (Strobe White)
Just white color flashes up.

Tips:
To dim all RGB lights at once or change the color, first press ‘Master ON’ to do this with individual lights, first press ‘ZONE ON’ to active which ZONE you are going to control. Secondly, choose the color or brightness according to the color ring or brightness ring.

For RGB LED strip light, the white is mixed from Red, Green and Blue, so the white is not pure

Linking new lights to the remote controls:
1. Choose which zone you want to assign the light (1 to 4)
2. Switch off the main power supply of the light in the selected zone with the main switch or pull the plug from the socket.
3. Now switch on the light again and within 3s shortly press one of the ‘Zone On’ buttons one time on the remote control.
4. When this link operation is successful, the light slowly blinks 3 times on and off or on in random color.

Unlinking the lights:
1. Check via the remote control to see whick zone (1 to 4) is already linked to a light.
2. Switch off the main power supply of the light with the main switch or pull the plug from the socket.
3. Now switch on the light again and within 3s long press 3s-5s on one of the ‘Zone On’ button which you want to unlink.
4. When this unlink operation is successful. the light quickly blinks 6 times on and off.

Grouping of several lights
You can add an endless numbers of lights to a zone on the 4 channel remote by linking the lights to different zones. This way you are completely flexible in creating different group combinations.

Our warehouse is located in Cardiff and we use Royal Mail economy services for posting small items. We use couriers for larger packages, or if you have selected 24 hour delivery during checkout.

We will ship all orders received before 2pm on the same working day between Monday to Friday. Please provide your phone number for the couriers. We will ship to your address specified on the checkout, please ensure correct shipping address is selected on your payment, as we are unable to change shipping address afterwards. 

Delivery Time
Most of our customers receive their orders within couple of days, please note we rely on economy services where the service is not guaranteed to arrive within this time, unless you select day definite delivery service. 

Collection
If you are in a rush to complete your project, you are welcome to collect your order. Our warehouse is located behind Starbucks on Newport road, Cardiff, CF23 9AE, all collections must be agreed prior as payment needs to be bank transfer or cash.

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on its status after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fee
Orders under 2kg is subject to £1.90 and over 2kg is subject to £4 restocking fee.
