In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the item, we will offer a refund.

We reserve the right to refund excluding the original shipping cost - unless you are returning the item due to a fault which we may have failed to notice or mention.

All returns must reach us unworn and in the exact condition in which they were sent out and with any original packaging and labels (if applicable). Items not meeting these conditions will be sent back.
Refunds on items with 'free' shipping will include a deduction for the total shipping charge as paid for by us.
To qualify for a refund - the item(s) must reach us within 7 days from the receipt of your item.


Goods being returned from outside the EU should be labelled as a "return". We will not be responsible for any duty or handling charge from a third party and goods will be returned back to sender.

We accept PayPal. Please pay within 48 Hours of auction ending. Please contact us if you wish to pay by other means.

Please note that if you pay by eCheque, there is a 5 day delay before payment clears. We are unable to send items until payment has cleared into our PayPal account. Certain items listed with cash or bank transfer will be given on the listing itself.

Postage
Parcels are despatched within one/two working days after the date of order.
Parcels are sent using tracked / recorded means unless otherwise specified.
Parcels delivered using tracked means require a signature. If there is nobody to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left and re-delivery can be arranged.

Our standard service for International postage is "Royal Mail International Signed-For". In some cases, it is more economical to ship items using fully tractable means. This is especially the case with high-value and very bulky items. In which case, you will receive a different tracking number and URL.

When parcels are sent overseas and remain unclaimed, we have to pay a charge to have the parcel sent back to us. In this case, the charge will be deducted from the refund. Items returned to us normally (posted by the buyer) will not be subjected to this charge.

Delivery Times
all items ordered from our store for delivery within the UK are sent via Royal Mail / DHL and will be dispatched to you within same day before 12pm or Next working day. Monday – Friday only. Some delays may occur.

International Postage: International postage can take 25-35 working days.

PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes, as we would be unable to attain a signature for your order when delivered to such an address.

If you require your parcel to be delivered by different means, please contact us before purchase.

All of our items are 100% Genuine. All our goods are purchased from the Brands or Suppliers directly and we only use companies who are qualified to supply such luxury items. We do not condone replica items in any way.

We will try to combine items for cheaper postage where possible.
