Payment must be received within 3 days of item end otherwise Ebay will be informed and a non-paying bidder dispute opened.

POSTAGE

My postal charges are not just the price of the stamp but also packaging and time taken to pack and ship.Although I try to keep my postal charges low, if you think they are excessive and won’t be able to leave 5* in the DSR then please do not purchase

LOST ITEMS

All my auctions have the option to be sent signed for if you pay a small extra charge for your piece of mind.

If this option is not taken up then I will only be able to offer a refund after 15 days for UK items and 30 days for international items, and on confirmation from  the buyer that it hasn’t been received. This is Royal mail policy and I need confirmation from the buyer after this time to make a claim against the Royal Mail.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted if I am informed and the item returned to me within 14 days.

All return items must have the original packaging and be in the same condition as when they were shipped to buyer.

Return postage will be refunded on faulty items only,the return postage will not be refunded on non-faulty items.

It is advisable to send item signed for (recorded) as I cannot refund on items not received back
