What it covers
ITSKINS Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee promises to replace your ITSKINS case or screen protector with the same or a substantially similar ITSKINS product should your ITSKINS product cease to function as intended during normal use and during the reasonable lifetime of the product.
What it doesn’t cover
The Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee does not cover damage to the ITSKINS product due to incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, damage to any non-ITSKINS product or other electrical devices; shipping or other costs associated with the return or delivery of the damaged and / or replacement product; and incidental or consequential damages.
Some countries and states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Guarantee is non-transferrable.
ITSKINS’ Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee can be superseded by an individual retailer’s terms and conditions as set out in their warranty policies.
How to register for the ITSKINS Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee
To obtain your Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee, please enter your contact details and proof of purchase details on the form below within thirty (30) days of purchase.
In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim under the ITSKINS Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee, you will be asked to provide us with a credit card for the purpose of billing you the applicable shipping and handling fees and costs for the replacement part(s), and any customs or brokerage fees that an international customer may incur, such as taxes and related costs.
By returning the damaged product, you are authorizing ITSKINS to charge your credit card with the appropriate fees. Once we receive the damaged product, and your replacement product is ready for shipment, we will charge your credit card with the applicable fees. If the charge is declined, ITSKINS will endeavor to contact you at the email address you provide. However, we will not ship the replacement order to you until the fees have been paid.
What ITSKINS will do
ITSKINS will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product covered by our Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee free of charge, excluding shipping and other costs associated with the return and replacement of the product.
Please note that as product designs and colors may change, we may not be able to provide you with an exact replacement. In this instance, we will replace your product with a comparable design or color as determined by ITSKINS.
What ITSKINS will not do
ITSKINS will not pay the fees defined above including your shipping costs to return the damaged product to us.
ITSKINS will not provide a retail refund for warranty related returns.
ITSKINS’ maximum liability
ITSKINS’ maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall ITSKINS be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages.
Some countries and states do not allow limitations or exclusions for relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, and so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Where permitted, the provisions of this Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, where applicable, if you qualify as a ‘consumer’ in the US under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, you may be entitled to certain implied warranties allowed by law for the period of the Lifetime Manufacturer’s Guarantee. Some US states do not allow limitations on how long an implied Limited Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Your Limited Warranty rights are not diminished if you do not complete and return the product registration form or complete and submit the online product registration form.
