GENERAL

• Unless otherwise noted postage is by either registered Auspost eParcel or Fastway Courier which is 1-6 days
• Standard post is without tracking
• Express Post delivery must be ordered before 12 noon to ensure same day dispatch

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

• Due to PayPal Buyer Protection Policies, we can only ship to the address entered in PayPal, so please change in PayPal when you pay
• If you cant collect from that address the order will need to be cancelled

 

COMBINED POST

We combine post on most orders

1. When you see the item you want, click "Buy It Now"
2. You will be taken to a webpage that confirms your order with the option to "Continue Checkout with Paypal". Do not checkout to pay for this item (yet).
3. When you are finished shopping for your several items, proceed to your "Purchase History". You will see the option on the right side of your just-ordered items to "Pay Now" or "Request total from seller". Select "Request total from seller"
4. Wait for us to send you a new invoice with the combined postage (you can also go back into your eBay purchase history and click “Pay Now”)
5. Checkout with this new invoice.

If you have troubles with requesting combined post, dont worry we will refund any overpayments when we process your order

 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We ship worldwide but you will need to CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to request a shipping quote

• Any Customs or Import Duties and Fees are the responsibility of the buyer, some shipments have limited insurance cover, please enquire if you require full cover
• Postage costs for return and warranty claims are at the buyers expense, refunds will be less original postage costs

If you decide to go ahead please follow these steps as International shipping rates need to be manually added to the sale, before you can pay.
