Each bar contains:

Lavandula angustifolia - Lavender oil is known for its anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties. It also has antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifying, hypotensive, and sedative effects. Lavender oil has a chemically complex structure with over 150 active constituents. Topical use of lavender oil might help to treat a disease called alopecia aerate, which causes a person's hair to fall out in patches. Some preliminary results indicate that lavender oil, combined with oils from other herbs, may help with hair loss from a condition called alopecia areata.

Thyme vulgaris - Thyme has been known for its hair benefits for centuries. Thyme essential oil encourages hair growth as well as combats various hair problems.

Cedrus atlantica - stimulates the scalp and promotes hair growth. Antiseptic, antispasmodic, tonic, astringent, sedative and fungicidal.

Rosmarinus officinalis - one of the best oils for thinning hair and it has been recommended to stimulate hair growth and improve circulation. Powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that promote a healthy scalp.

Melaleuca alternifolia - Oil may help to remove the dead skin, get rid of fungi and bacteria, and then promote healthy hair growth. Tea tree oil acts as a moisturizer to hair and scalp, helps control excess oil, inhibits growth of strands and thereby avoids clogging hair follicles.

Mentha piperita - peppermint oil exhibits antiviral, antimicrobial, antifungal, antioxidant, analgesic, radioprotective, and antiedema properties. Helps to cool skin and eliminate dandruff and/or lice from your scalp. It can also improve frizzy hair and may contribute to hair growth.

Camellia sinensis - Other important compounds found in green tea extract are carotenoids (Vitamin A), tocopherols (Vitamin E), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Zinc, Selenium, Chromium and Manganese. Except for the last two, the listed contents are known to prevent hair loss and encourage hair regrowth. Essentially, green tea is a super store of proven hair loss remedies. The benefits of green tea extend beyond its use in the treatment of alopecia. In fact, green tea is one of the few herbs used extensively in alternative medicine that is also a common subject of scientific studies.

Urtica dioica - helps to keep testosterone circulating freely; contains protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, betacarotene, vitamins A, C, D, and B complex. Other ingredients include: histamine, serotonin, acetylcholine, hydroxytryptamine and other anti-irritants. So, many of these ingredients are neurotransmitters and affect nerve cells, so this is probably why it gives such an anti-irritant effect, and why it is better used for alopecia areata. Also makes hair soft and glossy.

Panax Quinquefolium -  There was research done in Osaka, Japan and a study that suggested that the Ginsenoside Ro carbohydrate was shown to help fight androgenetic alopecia, commonly known as balding, in men. It is thought that this could have widespread cosmetic implications and lead to future drug development for the prevention and regrowth of hair in men with natural herbal ginseng remedies.
