Shipping
This item(s) will ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. If a situation arises that may delay the shipping, we will contact you via Ebay email.
If you prefer a different method of shipping other than what we have chosen, please email us prior to making payment.
International customers please wait for an invoice with the exact shipping amount. Also, please understand that we have no control over any import tax or fees that may be charged when you receive the item(s).
We try to be as accurate as we can in the listings when we determine the package weight for shipping charges. If we find that we made a mistake with the weight while we are shipping the item, we will refund the difference to your paypal account.
In most cases if you buy more than one item you can save shipping fees. It is best to purchase the items on the same invoice; if by chance you do not, email us. Please contact us in advance if you would like a more accurate estimate of the combined shipping charges. If the items are suitable (not fragile) to be combined into one package we will combine the items and the shipping cost will only be what the cost is for that box, weight, and shipping method. If the customer has already paid the individual shipping charges on each item, we will refund the difference to the customer's PayPal account.
We always try to ship as promised within 24 hours from cleared payment. On the rare occasion that we may not be able to ship within 24 hours, we will contact you. Please note that some shipping methods will take longer than others.
Some of our listings will have free shipping, when it is not, most will be calculated shipping, or if it is more economical, priority flat rate boxes will be used. Books that do not have free shipping will usually have flat rate shipping charge for media mail except for those that are very heavy. They will be listed with calculated shipping. If you would prefer a different shipping method than what is offered in the listing, let us know.
We try our best with our EBay store effort and are disappointed when we receive a lowered DSR from a customer that has not even contacted us about any negative thought or issue. Our goal has been and will always be to have a 100% feedback with 5 DSR ratings across the board. Please contact us anytime with any concerns prior to leaving a lowered DSR.
We take great care and pride when packaging the item, we understand the disappointment of receiving an item broken. We are happy with our track record as we have had only 2 instances since we started over 6 years ago.

However, we try our best at giving a fair representation of our items and should your dissatisfaction with the item be due to an error on our part, we will then refund the purchase price plus any shipping costs. The monies will be refunded upon the returned receipt of the item.
