In rare cases, products may be backordered with the manufacturer, in which case, your order will be shipped immediately after arriving back in stock.

We ship through the US Post Office, which delivers directly to your mailbox or front door. During the checkout, you will have the option of choosing First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. First Class Mail does not offer true door-to-door tracking, but rather delivery confirmation. This means that the USPS tracking website may not show any tracking updates until the time of delivery. Priority Mail and Express Mail offer more complete tracking information, but tracking updates may not be available for 24-48 hours after your package has shipped. Shipping times vary by location, but average shipping times are approximately:

• First Class Mail: 5-7 business days
• Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
• Express Mail: 1-2 business days

We ship through the US Post Office which offers three international shipping methods:

First Class Mail International - First Class Mail offers absolutely NO tracking ability for international shipments. Delivery times vary widely by location, but the average is 7-14 business days excluding customs processing time. Please note that shipments to Brazil and Italy typically take 45-60 days to arrive because of slow customs processing.

Priority Mail International - Priority Mail International offers tracking ability. Delivery times may vary by location, but the average delivery time is 6-10 business days excluding customs processing time.

Express Mail International - Express Mail International offers the most comprehensive tracking ability as the fastest delivery times. Average delivery time is 3-5 business days excluding customs processing time.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates only. Shipping times vary widely depending on destination and customs processing time.

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from the US. You as the buyer are solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes, fees, duties, or tariffs assessed by your country at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for these and cannot quote these fees. Please contact your local customs agency for additional information.

If, however, you have special shipping instructions for your international shipment, please simply include those special instructions in the Notes or Message section during the checkout.

 

We accept returns or exchanges on any unopened, unused products. If you wish to return your unopened, unused, product, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number. All products must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item and must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for returns. Upon receipt of a return, please allow 7 days to process your refund. Your refund will exclude all postage costs associated with the shipment of the product to you.

Although we strive for accuracy and excellence, on rare occasion, we make a mistake. If there is a mistake with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. Likewise, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will fix our error or replaced damaged products right away!
