We offer bank deposit and Visa & Mastercard credit card payments through our payment provider PayPal. Bank deposit payments and credit card payments may take 1-3 business days to clear before we are able to process your order.
Items will always be packaged and sent within 2 (often 1) working days of your order being placed. We take great care to wrap each drum kit individually using bubble wrap to protect from damage in transit. Each package will be sent using tracking to your door so you can be 100% confident that your item will arrive safe.
We are so confident that your drum kit will arrive safe that we will replace any drum kit that is damaged in transit for free.
Likewise if you change your mind. Contact us within 14 days and we are happy to receive the items back in their original condition for a refund. You just pay for the return post.
