All parts are tested and quality controlled prior to shipment. Some parts have flex cables attached which are very fragile and can be damaged or torn very easily, so please be very careful when handling them. If installation attempt has been made and the cable is torn during installation we will not accept the return.

Orders paid with FedEx shipping, will be shipped on the same dayGuarantee the latest FedEx cut off time in the U.S: 5PM PST (Which means if you place the order and pay FedEx shipping before 5PM, we can ship your order on the same day. For California shipping address, the latest time to ship via FedEx is 7:30PM PST). On Saturday, FedEx cut off time is 4PM for shipping to all states. We do ship FedEx orders on Saturday.

1) PO Box is not available for FedEx shipping. Please use USPS.
2) Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S Virgin Island, American Samoa, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii are added a surcharge of $20 when use FedEx Shipping. For lower rate and slower service, USPS Priority Mail is also available for these U.S territories.

Return Policy: 
1) Accept 30 days warranty. Exchange only, No Refunds. Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception!
2) If you received a DOA (damage on arrival) item, you must take pictures on the damages of the item and its packing box/bag, and email us within
 48 hours to get approval for replacement.
3) Return shipping fees must be paid by buyer. No exception! 

4) RMA items may take 5 to 14 days to process after the return item was received. For faster service, please be sure to contact us for the RMA # before sending us your item. 
5) If you order the item by your own mistake, we have the rights to refuse exchanging the item or you have to pay 15% of the restocking fees.
6) If we send you the wrong item, you must agree that you need to return the wrong item to us before we can resend you a correct item. We can refund you the return shipping fees in this case. Please ship via USPS and pack with a box.
