1.Start with clean, dry nails.
2.Apply a thin base/clear coat of polish to your nails. Let it dry completely. If you want to have clear nails with a rhinestone, skip the next step.
3.Apply 1-2 coats of color, preferably complementing the rhinestone color
4.Take a top/clear nail polish and quickly apply it to your nails. When it gets tacky, use a toothpick or cuticle pusher
and gently move the rhinestone into its desired place. When you are satisfied, gently push the rhinestone into the clear coat.
5.When the rhinestone has set, paint on a top coat. You're done!
