Brazilian post office efficiency, loss rate, delay sending and not reply to queries parcel requirements ( usually need to wait for 30~45 days or been ignored. )

Owing to having encountered many trade disputes and complaints from Brazil buyers ,we no more send goods to Brazil. Because we paid shipping charge already + loss items (buyer refund) = Negative.

Before Order

It is difficult to do an inventory due to a great variety of products. If one of the ordered products is out of stock during the packing, we will handle this type of problem consistently by send you the refund.  
Please forgive us for unable to inform you in advance, and thank you for the consideration.

All packages will be labeled as gift. If the package is delayed or with duty charged by customs inspection, please understand that this situation is due to customs regulation of the buyer’s country, and it is not an error caused by the sender. Please be aware and be sure you can accept the condition before purchase. Thank you.

Shipping Costs

We combine orders for cheaper shipping costs

Shipping cost is not included in the price of the product. When making payment at eBay, please make sure that the system has included the shipping cost in the bill. If not, please not to make payment. We will inform you about the correct amount of payment. If there is combined shipment but with incorrect amount which has been paid, we will refund the overpayment of the shipping cost before the goods been delivered.

International shipping cost sometimes been calculated based on volume of cube feet not actual weight. For example, if the actual weight of an item is 1 kg, the volume weight after conversion will be 3 kg. To save shipping cost, you shall consider to purchase other items as long as the total actual weight is less than 3 kg & it won’t increase volume weight.

Delivery Time

Different Country For Different Delivery Days
◢ USA：Within 14~21 days
◢ Europe：Within 14~31 days 
◢ Asia：Within 7~14 days

We are in Taiwan / ASIA , sometimes oversea arrival time will be long due to mail office & customs delays. 

Usually need to wait within 7~31 days, Europe countries will over 31~45 days (different countries different delivery time)
If you can not wait, please do not bid. If you have Urgent need or worry about missing , please consider to use EMS express ( shipping cost will be different) , thank you.

For those customers who purchase our merchandise from Europe and South America, the transportation will take about 30 to 45 days because the ordered merchandise is shipped from Asia (Taiwan). A frequently happened situation is that although the ordered merchandise has arrived the country of the buyer, the shipping is nevertheless delayed by the local customs or post office. In this case, we are not responsible for inquiring about the delivery time to customers as we can’t inquiry other country’s customs or post office. Customers have to contact the local post office for the delivery time by themselves. Please consider the above condition if long international shipping time is not preferred.

Shipping Time

We usually ship your order within 5-7 days (not incl. weekend, holiday) after receiving payment. Thank you for your understanding.

Tracking & Return

All packages will be delivered by the postal service who picked up merchandises from our warehouse and will provide tracking number to us 3 days later. 

In this case, if buyers want to know the tracking number, please send us e-mail three days after the notification been received at buyer’s side.
Buyer can contact Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) for questions concerning whether and when the package has been shipped out from Taiwan.

Buyer shall contact the recipient’s local post office for questions concerning whether the package has arrived. 
 

If the shipped goods are returned by the buyer’s country’s post office for unknown reason, we will inform the buyer at the first step. If necessary, we will take photos of the returned goods with post office’s stamp for buyer’s reference. If  buyers ask to send the goods again, the buyer is responsible for paying half of the shipping cost (we will absorb the other half cost). If the buyers ask for refund, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund the balance to the buyer. Please make sure you understand and agree this point before you make any purchasing. Re-marks

CoolCat shop is dedicated in designing, developing and selling doll’s peripheral products only. We don’t sell dolls. Please do not use this reason to ask for refund or to give unreasonable rating.
