IQ Routes uses real-life information collected from
millions of drivers to optimise the route that is calculated: giving you
the optimal way, any time of day. The enhanced LearnMe ProTM monitors
and learns your driving style, providing you with personalised routes to
suit your preferences. You will see the improvement in your routes and
estimated time of arrival on the screen.
The Spirit 5400 LM has been designed to make getting to your destination
a lot easier. The Parking Assistance feature automatically shows a list
of parking spaces when you are within 1km of your destination, so you
don't have to search for a nearby car park. To find where you want to go
quickly and easily, Keyword Search works in the same way as you search
online: simply enter any word and it brings up results in order of their
proximity to your current location.
The Spirit 5400 LM also allows you to quickly access your personal
favourites by saving them under Near Me. So if you often visit Italian
restaurants, you can list them here for even faster access. The smart
feature 'Find My Car' will be a big help if you park your car in a
hurry, with no idea where you parked it upon return. Just take the
device with you when you leave your car and it will help you find your
car easily.

Mio comes with a powerful Trip planner that enables you to plan your trips from the comfort of your home computer via MioMore Desktop or right on the device, where you can set multiple waypoints, prioritise them for optimized routes and preview the route with simulation mode.

With the Mio's Lane Guidance, you're always in the correct lane to make a turn, so useful with today's busier roads. The Spirit software also features realistic 3D Junction Views that match major road signs, giving you more time to understand what's ahead as you approach an exit or intersection.

So, for either service if you order before 3:30pm Monday to Friday we commit to getting it shipped for you that same day. You’ll receive your item the next working day. So if you order before 3:30pm on a Monday it will be delivered on Tuesday, before 3:30pm on a Friday it will be delivered on Monday. Any order placed and paid for after 3:30pm is always despatched the next working day.

- One Hour Delivery Slot - Don't stay in all day waiting for your delivery. Our super couriers will email or SMS you on the morning of delivery to let you know you one-hour delivery slot.
- Priority Despatch - We have special Spesa people that make sure that your order is pick packed and despatched as a priority!
- Tracking Portal - Want to see where your delivery driver actually is? Well you can! You'll have access to a tracking portal that provides you with up to date information of exactly where your delivery driver is on your delivery date. Just follow the tracking link we send you.
- Email and SMS Notifications - You'll be emailed and SMS'ed (if we have your number on record) with updates of when your parcel has been collected and if there's any delays or changes to your one-hour time slot.
- Delivery Management - Allows you the self-service ability to modify your delivery by asking for it to be left with a neighbour, a pick up shop near you or just simply changing the delivery date.
- Prime Return Service - Access to our Prime Return Service means that once it's received we'll despatch your exchange or refund within one business day.
Special Services
If you have special requirements, like you need it before 10:30 or a Saturday delivery is required then contact us on 0333 4450692. We may be able to arrange this. There will be an additional premium as these services are special.
Delivery Exceptions
The above services apply to UK Mainland only. For Highlands and Islands then there is usually a 48 hour delivery timeframe.
Simple - We have a 30 day no quibble returns process. All you need to do is contact us to get the ball rolling. We’ll provide you with a return reference so we know whose product is who’s when it is received and we’ll make sure that a Replacement or Refund is processed within 48 hours of the item being received by us. Non faulty returns must be as new with ALL of the original internal and external packaging and show no signs of use.
If your product develops a fault after 30 days then please don’t worry! You’re covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in almost all cases. If you can’t find the contact details for your manufacturer, then please contact Spesa and we’ll be happy to send you on the details.
