At Spesa we believe that postage to the UK should be free and if there is ever a charge to upgrade then it should be very cheap whilst offering something special in return. And we do just that. For everything we sell we offer Free Next Working Day delivery. But we don’t stop there. We can do even better with our Premium Service. It's part of our Customer Excellence commitment to you!
So, for either service if you order before 3:30pm Monday to Friday we commit to getting it shipped for you that same day. You’ll receive your item the next working day. So if you order before 3:30pm on a Monday it will be delivered on Tuesday, before 3:30pm on a Friday it will be delivered on Monday. Any order placed and paid for after 3:30pm is always despatched the next working day.

It does exactly what it says on the tin… Free and Next Working Day. By now you’ve realised we’re a little different and at Spesa we don’t believe that you should be paying for next day delivery! If you want the bells and whistles, then opt for our Premium Service.

If you have special requirements, like you need it before 10:30 or a Saturday delivery is required then contact us on 0333 4450692. We may be able to arrange this. There will be an additional premium as these services are special.
The above services apply to UK Mainland only. For Highlands and Islands then there is usually a 48 hour delivery timeframe.
Simple - We have a 30 day no quibble returns process. All you need to do is contact us to get the ball rolling. We’ll provide you with a return reference so we know whose product is who’s when it is received and we’ll make sure that a Replacement or Refund is processed within 48 hours of the item being received by us. Non faulty returns must be as new with ALL of the original internal and external packaging and show no signs of use.
If your product develops a fault after 30 days then please don’t worry! You’re covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in almost all cases. If you can’t find the contact details for your manufacturer, then please contact Spesa and we’ll be happy to send you on the details.
