Promo is short for "Promotional". A promotional card is a card is a completely tournament and casual legal Magic: the Gathering card, which was given away by Wizards of the Coast to someone as its first point of leaving their possession. A few examples of promo cards are the foils they pay judges with at the end of events, the cards Wizards Organized Play used to mail to you for playing in X number events, and the foils you get for entering and winning Friday Night Magic. |

S&H is STILL non-negotiable. Please email me or make an offer if you are interested in buying more than 5 of the SAME card. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of part or all of your sale. US shipping typically takes 1 week, but can sometimes take as long as 2 weeks. International shipping typically takes 2 weeks, but can sometimes take as long as 5 weeks. All cards are in at least Excellent condition, with most being in Near Mint condition. Cards are shipped the same or the next business day after we receive your payment. After you commit to this purchase, you can either complete ebay checkout, or purchase more cards. Once you have paid through paypal, you can no longer combine purchases to receive S&H at the reduced rate. If you are an international buyer, the ONLY way to get tracking is through FedEx. If your purchase is large enough, we may ask you to pay for FedEx, for your protection and ours. ALL cards are shipped in toploaders, to protect them from your and my post office employees. |
